Weather and Cancellation Policy

Hot air balloon flights require extensive planning and coordination, including flight crew scheduling, equipment preparation, and weather monitoring. Each flight represents a significant investment of time and resources.

As such, all flights are non-refundable in the event of a client-initiated cancellation. Cancelling your reservation impacts not only our team but also prevents others from booking that time slot.

Flights are subject to weather and may be postponed or rescheduled at the discretion of the pilot for safety reasons, such as high winds, rain, or poor visibility. In these instances, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your flight at a mutually convenient time.
