  a pilot.\n \nYOU ARE INVITED TO JOIN US FOR A CREW TRAINING AND SAFETY S
 EMINAR\, where all of your curiosities &amp\; questioned will be answered.
 \n \nCrewing is a great way to stay active\, meet fun people and share yo
 ur love of art &amp\; flying with the community. There is no experience ne
 cessary. All ages and abilities are welcome. We work as a team and someone
  will always be there to provide guidance &amp\; training throughout the e
 xperience.\n \nBalloons fly at sunrise and sunset and you'll want to allo
 w 3 hours from beginning to end.\n \nYou will earn free rides or flight t
 raining by crewing and if we get paid for a balloon event then you will al
 so get paid.\n \nWe will text you every time we're planning to fly and yo
 u just have to let us know if you're available. Tell us whenever you want 
 to be removed from the team roster.\n \nGet the recognition you deserve f
 or crewing from the Balloon Federation of America's\, Crew Achievement Awa
 rd Program.
