Here are our comments:
Scheduling was difficult – I think I was particularly unlucky, in taking more than a dozen reschedules simply due to weather, heat, smoke, and other uncontrollable factors. But over the months, Tim & Jodi were responsive and proactive, suggesting multiple possible dates and notifying me quickly of what would or wouldn’t work.
Our actual flight was a delight – beautiful views, comfortable conversation, lots of waving and shouting to people below. Tim & Jodi clearly knew what they were doing, and were friendly and happy to update on each step of the process. Everyone there, including their flight team, was kind and welcoming.
I definitely recommend the experience to anyone. Just make sure you’re schedule is as flexible as the weather is variable!
