Beyond my expectations.
We flew on 2026-06-25
From the first phone call to reserve a flight time, to the celebration after the flight, Jodi and Tim went out of their way to make our experience a wonderful and lasting memory!
They personalized our adventure, took into account some physical limitations, and included novel steps to help entry and exit from the basket and views during the flight. Tim explained our flight path beforehand, asked several times during the flight for our feedback, and pointed out various sights during flight. He explained how the hot air balloon functions, why he needs to raise and lower it at various times, and took us low enough to interact with people below!!
It was educational and entertaining. We became part of the “flight crew”, learned the lingo, helped to unpack the envelope and inflate it, deflate and ultimately pack up the envelope and basket, and understand the process and effort that goes into creating our ride! Jodi made us feel included from the start, understanding our limited availability and noting alternate days and times that might work.
Due to weather conditions, we had to reschedule and she kept us informed each day as they gauged the potential for rain, wind, fog, and heat to disrupt our plans. She continued to adjust our experience as we helped get set up, very in tune with our needs!
I would highly recommend taking part in a flight adventure with Tim and Jodi. You will feel welcome, learn about hot air balloons, and have a wonderful adventure!
